Now, while the interior of the store is familiar to you, let us take a quick look inside the newly renovated city'super AIRSIDE store, which has focused on sustainability.

Farmacy HK (Hydroponics), a local city'super technology company, has installed a fully environmentally friendly intelligent hydroponic planter called "Smart Mobile Farm" in the store. Herbs are grown in a water recycling system that saves irrigation water. Thyme, rosemary, Italian parsley, basil, coriander, and other nearly 200 herbs are cultivated. The herbs are sold with their roots attached on the shelves next to them.
They sell balcony growing kits, composting machines for home use that can compost food waste, and "Carrot Mud," a product made by local agricultural company FoodCycle+ that converts food waste into fertilizer soil.
The sushi and sashimi corner sells colorful and filling inari sushi made with high-quality fried tofu from Matsuda Foods, a company with over 75 years of history in Osaka, and a variety of ingredients such as sashimi, meat, fruit, and vegetables. A feast for the eyes and the tongue.
Although the salmon sold here is farmed, it is carefully selected in terms of the number of salmon in the growing area and the feed used.
In collaboration with Pane e Pace, a bakery brand with over 100 years of history from Matera, an ancient Italian city known as the "city of bread," we sell unique, ancient Italian giant breads that shine with artisanal craftsmanship. Matera bread is fermented with sourdough made from semolina flour, water, salt, figs and grapes from Basilicata, and baked in Pane e Pace's special wood-fired oven. Why not try this traditional taste? Available by the slice.

Local agricultural company FoodCycle+ will also provide fresh, healthy, low-carbon local vegetables grown using their technology, "Carrot Mud," which converts food waste into fertilizer soil. New Life Farm, a vocational training center, will sell a variety of certified organic vegetables.
Camel brand thermoses are popular among locals and have been loved as a symbol of Hong Kong identity throughout the ages of Hong Kong transformation and development. It is no exaggeration to say that they are one of the symbols of Hong Kong culture!
Camel's new "Wedding" thermal bottle collection is apparently sold exclusively here.
The two magpies in the design represent good fortune coming in pairs (double happiness).
Made in Hong Kong brand sauces and pastes are also popular.
City'super also has its own brand, and the mildly spicy XO sauce made with dried scallops is also worth trying!
A tofu series created in collaboration between Japanese soybean brand "Hakataya" and nutrition consultant Shima Shimizu. Made in Hong Kong every day using fresh beans. Tofu dishes are also available for purchase at takeaway delis.
At Wanyi Corner, you can purchase two types of city'super brands. The red wine is a blend of Merlot and Carbonnet, and is said to have a firm weight and refreshing acidity. White wine is scheduled to be released in the future.
In addition, they have produced a sprouted Junmai Daiginjo in collaboration with Japan's Dewatsuru. Dewatsuru, founded in 1865, is one of the breweries of Akita Seishu Co., Ltd., and is brewed with soft water pumped up from five meters underground, resulting in a mellow and gentle sake. It is characterized by a lingering fruity and gorgeous aroma, and its light body and clear aftertaste make it a versatile and unique sake that suits any occasion.
[Awareness-raising activities aimed at raising awareness of Japanese food ingredients!]
"Kura" is a store where city'super collects and introduces the finest ingredients from all over Japan. As always, the selection is impressive, but what surprised me this time was that it was a treasure trove of information about Japanese ingredients like a library. Not only was there knowledge about the ingredients, but the usage was also carefully explained with illustrations, which really surprised me. It's only in English and Cantonese, but it's like the extraordinary enthusiasm of the buyers is flying out at you (lol). So be sure to scan the QR code before you buy.
It's so detailed! Even Japanese people would be impressed. (I wish the editors would upload it in Japanese too. Lol)
There are also cooking instructions for specific ingredients!
The inside of the store was so much fun that time flew by while I was looking around. It seems that more and more Christmas displays and products will be coming out in the future, so I'm looking forward to seeing the new mall.AirsidePlease drop by and take the opportunity to explore.Featured Articles on AirsidePlease also check out this!
