✔️Day 5 56,3kg (-700g) Lack of sleep is bad


Maybe because I stayed up late watching Netflix last night, I have no appetite.
Breakfast is late and I manage to wash down a bagel, eggs and salad.

I'm not hungry even at lunchtime.
And yet, you still have to take in carbohydrates. When you're on a diet, you suppress your desire to eat, but dieting makes you feel like you have to eat more...!!
I managed to eat crackers and cheese, but no vegetables.

However, by the evening my appetite had returned and I was able to make a reservation for dinner.Dinner at a sushi restaurant.
I want to enjoy both sushi and alcohol, so I consulted with Naoyo, my nutritional concierge.
I was advised to "eat some vegetables before you go, as they might not be abundant on the sushi restaurant menu," so I had some boiled broccoli before going.
Hmm? Shall I eat some more before I eat a lot?
I'm not even sure if I'm on a diet anymore 😁But I'm not eating any sweets!

And "Many people skip breakfast the next day because they ate too much, but carbohydrates, the body's source of energy, are gone by morning. Eat breakfast to boost your metabolism!" So it's better to eat it the next morning too.

 

✔️Day 6 No more menstrual cramps?! 56.8kg(-200g) 


Thanks to the fun I had last night, I've gained a solid 500g.
But we had some good food and had a great time, so that's all that matters!
I had a good breakfast and went for a walk. I also walked for 30 minutes at the gym.

★That's right,Come to think of it, I didn't have my usual period pain!
Is it because of the soy milk and kinako flour I drink occasionally, or is it because I've reduced the amount of sugar?
(There is a theory that sugar is related to menstrual pain.) Either way, this is good news✨✨✨

Rather than being on a diet, this diet is about "changing your food choices."
Although it is sometimes hard to cut out sweets, I still eat a lot of food.
I'm not hungry at all.
But... I'm a little worried about whether I can lose weight by eating this much.

And tonight I'm having Sichuan cuisine with a friend from 8 o'clock. I'll drink carbonated water tonight to make up for the alcohol I drank yesterday. Chinese cuisine allows you to consume vegetables, but it's very oily.

Even though I didn't eat much yesterday, I gained weight!
"Maybe the sushi and Chinese food you had on the weekend is having an effect. But now is the time to persevere! After your period is your chance to lose weight, so let's persevere together!'
Tonoyo-san, at this point, I'm starting to feel guilty that I can't lose weight.

I'm busy today, so my breakfast was two rice balls, biscuits and dried fruit in the car.
Lunch was rice, natto, stewed burdock, and tomatoes.
Feeling exhausted, I decided to have hotpot for dinner, which is a diet ally!
Pork, mushrooms, tofu, and vegetables. Udon noodles for carbs.

★Sweets taste even sweeter!
It's been a while since I last ate biscuits. They were so sweet I wondered if they were always this sweet.
Is my taste buds becoming more sensitive to sweet things?

I've made up for yesterday's losses! But overall I still have a long way to go.

Even though I haven't lost any weight yet,My skin is now in great condition with no breakouts. The nutritional knowledge I've learned is also helpful for my children's diet, so there are lots of other benefits! I have to keep enjoying it!

For tea time, I made chai 🇮🇳 with cardamom, ginger, and soy milk 🇮🇳.
Chai without sweetness is not chai! (Indians would say the same)
Add sweetness with Lakanto. Hmm, happiness ❤️

For lunch, I had dry curry with broccoli, cauliflower with tuna mayonnaise, and marinated mushrooms. Even though I was full, about 30 minutes after eating, I started craving something sweet... Is there anything I can do about this?

The mountain still hasn't moved 🗻 Maybe it's because I was on a diet before that it's becoming harder to lose weight. I'm almost completely eating no snacks or sweets. Is it because I'm eating a lot of food? But I don't want to push myself too hard and lose my pace, so I'll wait and see for a while.

Of course I want to lose weight this time, but my goal is to "establish a diet that I can continue for the rest of my life = eating habits", so I don't intend to push myself too hard.I'm a little worried that I haven't lost weight, but it's only been 10 days! Naoyo-san has been encouraging me every day, and I feel both grateful and sorry. In fact, I found out that she had also successfully lost 15kg. When I saw the before and after photos of her diet, I was honestly blown away. I will believe in Naoyo-san and follow her! 😆
