Happy New Year.

This time, we will introduce three spots: Quarry Bay, North Point, and Hung Hom.

First of all, it was used as a filming location for the movie "Transformers."TheWe would like to introduce you to a special building near the super-dense residential building "Kaizanro." This building is a red brick building owned by the company that produces "Taiko Sugar," a product that everyone knows at local supermarkets!

The red brick building was built by the international corporate group Swayer Group and is now called the Linbian Biodiversity Nature Education Centre.

From the outside, the red hut is cute, hence the nickname "Red House".

First, start from the subway at Quarry Station.

It's a bit of a mountain path, but it's about a 15-minute walk from Ayowaku Station. There are clear signs and markings, so there's no need to worry.

Although it is a hill, it is only about a 10 minute walk, so even children can easily walk it.

The Swire Group is well known as an international company, but it has been developing since the Qing Dynasty as a British colonial-funded company based in Hong Kong.

The Swire Group is involved in a variety of businesses, including trading, real estate, and other manufacturing and sales businesses.

The red brick building in Aoyue was built in the 1920s asHong Kong IslandBreamBaekje Mountain TrailIt was built on No. 50 in the city centre. It is an impressive two-storey building from any angle and was once a luxury dormitory for employees of Taiko Sugar, a sugar manufacturer in the Swayer Group.

It was destroyed during World War II, but was rebuilt after the war. Before it was rebuilt, rumors of a haunted house spread, and locals avoided going near it.

The opportunity to improve this dire situation came with a restructuring initiative a few years ago.

A few years ago, the government agency, the Fisheries, Agriculture, and Conservation Agency, transformed it into an educational center for the public, and it now carries out educational activities here, teaching citizens about forests, mountains, rivers, and other areas.

Actually, on my way down the mountain, I wanted to stop by the extremely densely populated residential building "Kaizanro" and introduce it to you, but to my surprise it was off-limits.

I think this measure was taken because the many tourists who flock to the area every year to take photos cause a lot of trouble for the local residents. I sympathize with the feelings of the residents and the manager. I don't think they mean any harm, but it must be painful...

So, instead of going to the residential area, let's go to the bridge and take some Hong Kong-style photos.

Next, take the tram"North Point"stationHead to.

It's a truly wonderful view from the train window, as you can sit and enjoy the rare residential buildings that are rare anywhere in the world.

I am writing this article just before Christmas. The shopping mall "Beijiao Hui" next to the "Beijiao" station had just finished its Christmas decorations, and the pink cat ear tunnel looked like a dreamland. So cute!

The shopping mall, Bei Point Hui, is right next to the harbor. If you take a ferry from the Bei Point Ferry Pier right next to it and cross Victoria Harbour,Beniarrive at.

The ferry terminal is not on the Tsim Sha Tsui side of the Star Ferry. The ferry terminal is right next to the Kerry Hotel in Hung Hom, which is bustling with people and has stylish bars and Starbucks.

I'm not the type to drink beer alone, so I would love to come here in the future to drink with someone while looking at the Hong Kong Island skyline. It's a great place for a date!

Well, this time I introduced three spots: Quarry Bay, North Point, and Hung Hom. You can enjoy visiting them one by one or all at once. If you have time, please refer to this course.
