Printing a photo onto a canvas involves transferring an image onto canvas fabric (see photo below) like a painting. However, there are many different transfer methods, and some of them can fade or discolor in less than six months.

The canvas prints handled by Hong Kong LEI LIFE are made with a focus on quality, using techniques that are resistant to fading and discoloration. The production method is Giclee, a method that sprays ink in over 70,000 colors, making it possible to reproduce delicate tones. It is said to be the world's best reproduction technique, and is also used for reproductions of paintings, lithographs, prints, and other fine art works. In fact, it is also used in modern art works such as lithographs in many art museums.

Our canvas print is done by Giclee print which can creat beautiful color by 60000 color ink, therefore it creates articulate color of Museum quality. It is very strong from deteriorization such as washed out color over the years of room hanging without direct sunlight.

This (photo below) is an actual canvas print that is already 7 years old. It has been hung indoors out of direct sunlight and has no fading, discoloration, bleeding, or wrinkles.

This canvas print is over 7 years passed since it was made.

From the back, you can see the canvas on a real wooden frame. The frame is delivered with metal fittings attached so that it can be hung on the wall as is, so you can display it as soon as it arrives. You can display it by standing it on its own or hanging it on the wall.

Price

The price is for a minimum size of 10 inches.× 15 inches (approximately 20 cm× 30 cm)HK$1000　→Starting at HK$900 (including shipping within Hong Kong). We can discuss the size. (We also ship overseas at cost.)

If you would like to make corrections to a photo you have taken yourself, such as changing the brightness or color, or removing unwanted background or blemishes, we will retouch it for from HK$450.

The minimum size of 10inch X 15inch is HK$1000　→HK$900〜. (Included Hong Kong Local shipping)

If you wish to have retouch such as adjustments of brightness, color, erasing background's unwanted people so on, it will be HK$450~/image.

Production Method

Please send the photo in JPEG format by email.

We can also create artwork from scanned versions of your children's or your own paintings.

You can send us JPEG images by mail.

You can also send us PDF of you or your kids' artwork after scan, we can print on canvas as well.

You can choose any size as long as it is above the minimum size. The price varies depending on the size, so we will give you a quote once we know the size.
