Hello! This is Sasaki Rie from Shinyo-do.
This time, I will share a 30-minute "Self-Healing" video. It's okay if you don't know anything about Reiki or treatment, just try watching the video and imitating it.

 

Self-healing is the most direct and simple technique to recharge yourself. What do you usually do to relieve stress and recover from fatigue? Diet? Exercise? Dance? Stretching? Or walking, listening to music, singing, there are many ways.

However, this self-healing can be done without taking up any space.
