Hong Kong LEI Limited - Terms of Service
1. Use of services provided by Hong Kong LEI Limited
To use all services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Hong Kong LEI Limited (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), you must agree to and comply with the Hong Kong LEI Limited Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). Instead of going through the process of agreeing to the Terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the contents of the Terms by actually using the Service.
2. Guarantees and changes to the content of this service
Although we take every precaution regarding the content of this service, we do not guarantee that there will be no defects, bugs, or other issues. In addition, we may change the content or specifications of this service or discontinue providing this service without prior notice to users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
3. Restrictions on use of this service
We may impose certain conditions on customers when using some parts of the Service, such as limiting use to those who are registered with a membership organization operated by our company, imposing age restrictions, etc. Furthermore, we may refuse to allow customers to use the Service or register with a membership organization if we deem the customer inappropriate for using the Service.
4. Registration of customer information
(1) Customer Obligations
Regarding the registration-based service, which is available only to customers who have registered their information with our company, when the registration-based service starts, the customer will be obligated to the following points when registering their information. (The start date of the registration-based service has not yet been decided.)
① You must register accurate and truthful information.
② You will be required to update and correct the registered information yourself so that it is up to date.
(2) Judgment on whether or not to register
We will determine whether or not to accept your application based on the customer information you have registered (hereinafter referred to as "Registered Information") and in accordance with the standards we have established. In addition, we are under no obligation to disclose our standards or reasons for our decision to customers who wish to join. Furthermore, customers may not raise any objections to the results of our decision.
(3) Customer Responsibility Regarding ID and Password
The customer is responsible for managing the ID and password issued by our company based on the customer's registration information. If the ID and password combination matches the registration information and a user logs in, our company will consider that the ID and password were used by the customer who was issued by our company. All charges for the Service, purchases of goods, and other liabilities arising from such use shall be borne by the customer who was issued the ID and password.
(4) Deletion of registered information
If you wish to delete your registered information, we will delete it in accordance with the method specified by our company. In addition, in the following cases, we may delete your registered information without prior notice or warning to you and terminate the provision of registered services.
1. When we become aware of the death of a registered customer.
② If you have not used your registered ID for more than six months.
③When the Company determines that the registered ID has been or is likely to be misused (including use by a third party).
(5) Prohibition of Transfer, etc.
The rights, authority, status as a registered user, ID, and password that you have acquired by registering your information must not be transferred, bought, sold, loaned, or transferred to a third party, or used as a pledge or security, etc. Furthermore, our company shall not be held liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by you as a result of engaging in any of the above prohibited acts.
5. Handling of registered information
The handling of registration information will be in accordance with the privacy policy established by our company.
6. Customer Responsibilities
(1) Usage environment
You shall be responsible for preparing the communications equipment and software necessary to use this service, as well as for any communications costs, etc.
(2) Principle of personal responsibility
Customers shall be responsible for any judgment of authenticity or value of the contents posted on this service or the contents or services described in the links on this service. Furthermore, if any damage is caused to our company due to the actions of the customer, the customer shall bear the damage suffered by our company, the compensation paid by our company to a third party, and any related expenses.
7. Disclaimer
Although we take every precaution in the operation of this service, we shall not be held responsible in any of the following cases.
1) If a third party uses the ID and password issued by our company that you manage, causing damage to you or a third party, or if a third party uses the ID and password while impersonating you, causing another third party to suffer damage, and you become liable for damages.
2) If a customer suffers damage due to a third party impersonating an employee, staff member, or other person related to our company.
3) If the customer incurs damages as a result of using a site linked from this service (including links from advertisements) (including computer virus infections, fraudulent activities such as phishing, etc.).
4) When the interruption or suspension of this service (including cases caused by machine or system trouble, power outages, or any other reason) or termination (including termination at the discretion of our company) causes discomfort, disadvantage, or damage to the customer.
5) If the customer suffers damage due to the loss or disappearance, or tampering by a third party, of data such as ID and password issued by our company that he or she manages (including the obligation to restore such data, etc.).
6) When damage occurs due to a virus or natural disaster that cannot be prevented by normal virus countermeasures, or when damage occurs to a customer or a third party due to other reasons beyond the control of our company.
7) Any other case in which the customer or a third party suffers disadvantage or damage as a result of the use of this service, except in cases where the company has clearly acted intentionally or grossly negligently.
8. Prohibited acts
If any of the following events occur to the customer, the Company reserves the right to suspend the customer's use of the Service or delete the customer's registered information without prior notice or warning to the customer.
1) Any act that infringes or may infringe any intellectual property right, including copyright, trademark right, patent right, etc., of our company or any third party other than our company (regardless of corporation or individual).
2) Any act that infringes or may infringe the property, privacy, personal information or portrait rights of our company or any third party other than our company.
3) Any act that damages or is likely to damage the reputation or credibility of our company or any third party other than our company.
4) Using the Service by impersonating a third party.
5) Election activities or acts similar to them, and acts that violate the Public Offices Election Act.
6) Religious activities and solicitations to various organizations.
7) Sales activities or profit-making activities (excluding those approved in advance by the Company, such as advertising)
8) Any act of unauthorized access to equipment used to operate this Service (servers, lines, software, etc.) or any act that interferes with the operation or use of this Service.
9) Collecting personal information of a third party without the consent of that individual, or disclosing personal information of a third party or information that can identify such personal information.
10) Any act that the Company determines to be in violation of various laws, regulations, these Terms and Conditions, or public order and morals.
11) Reverse engineering, disassembly, or any other act of deciphering the source code of the Service.

9. Our Rights
Our company reserves the rights listed below. If you do not agree to our rights, we may impose restrictions on your use of the Service.
1) We may, at our discretion, post advertisements, etc. of third parties approved by us on this Service.
2) We may collect various information from customers who use this service (surveys, IP addresses, cookies, location information, individual identification information of the device used, access logs, usage history of this service, etc.). However, the information collected here does not include personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, etc. that can identify individual customers.
3) The Company may use the various information collected pursuant to the preceding paragraph to improve the convenience of the Service, deliver various types of segmented advertisements based on said information within the Service and within the services of third parties affiliated with the Company, and for the marketing business operated by the Company.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
(30) All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc., of the information posted or used by the Company in the Service belong to the Company or to a third party that has granted the Company a license to use the information. Customers may not use or copy the information themselves or allow a third party to use the information, except when a license to use the information has been obtained from the Company or a third party that has granted the Company a license to use the information, or when the information is used within the scope of personal use as stipulated in Article XNUMX of the Copyright Act.
(2) The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are either registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. You may not use these trademarks unless you have received permission from the Company to use them.
11. Your Copyright
(1) The copyright of any content posted by you to the blog service or other community services managed and operated by our company, which are included in this service, belongs to you or the copyright holder of that content.
(2) You are deemed to have granted to the Company a non-exclusive right to use the Content in any media (Internet, videos, publications, etc.) operated by the Company or any third party affiliated with the Company, both in Japan and overseas, without any restrictions on form or time period. You also agree not to exercise any moral rights of the author against the Company.
12. Handling of Your Data and Content
We do not guarantee that data in our services (all content data including customer IDs, passwords, posted text, images, etc.) stored by customers on servers managed by us will not be deleted or altered, and we are not obligated to back up such data. Furthermore, we are not obligated to back up data in our services (all data including software, applications, etc.) stored on devices, hardware, etc. owned or managed by customers, regardless of the reason. Therefore, customers are responsible for backing up such data as necessary.

13. Consent to disclosure of registered information

Please note that the information that our company can disclose and provide includes not only the registered information, but also all other information such as access logs such as IP addresses.

14. Terms and guidelines for individual services

In the event that the provisions of these Terms of Use differ from the service-specific terms of use, including the terms and conditions and guidelines for an individual service, the service-specific terms of use for that service shall take precedence over these Terms, unless otherwise specified.
15. Changes to the Terms of Use
If the Company deems it necessary, the Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior disclosure or notice to the Customer. In addition, by using the Service, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the latest Terms of Use.
16. Notices and Communications
If you specify a method for us to contact you (including telephone, email, etc.), we will notify you and contact you using the specified means of communication. In the unlikely event that it is difficult or impossible for us to notify you or contact you using the specified method of contact, we will consider the fact that we have notified you or contacted you using the specified method to be sufficient to complete the notification or contact.
17. Guarantee of operation
This service (including applications, etc.) is not guaranteed to operate perfectly or identically on all devices (PCs, mobile phones, smartphones, and other connected devices) and all environments (software, communication environments, etc.), regardless of whether it is free or paid. In addition, although there is a possibility that a malfunction of this service may affect the customer's connected devices or data, the Company shall not be held responsible for such malfunctions or effects.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The operation and terms of use of this service are governed by Japanese law. In the unlikely event that a lawsuit arises between our company and you arising from or related to the services, software, or applications operated by our company, the Hong Kong District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
